Virginia Kay Fry was born June 29, 1943 in Stroud, Oklahoma to Mary (Murray) and Roscoe Beck and passed away on Saturday, December 2, 2017 at her home in Weatherford, Oklahoma at the age of 74 years, 5 months, and 4 days.

Virginia was born and raised in the Stroud, Oklahoma area. On October 22, 1965, she married Edward A Fry and they made their home and raised their family northeast of Weatherford, Oklahoma. Virginia enjoyed digging worms and fishing with her grandchildren, planting flowers, and spending time with her dogs. She was a spirited woman who was loved by many and will be dearly missed.

Virginia is survived by husband, Edward A Fry of Weatherford, Oklahoma; one son, David Fry and wife, Lisa of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma; one daughter, Tammy Blatnick and husband, Monte of Weatherford, Oklahoma; five grandchildren, Amanda Blatnick, Joshua Fry, Justin Blatnick, Jonathan Fry and Ray Blatnick; five great-grandchildren, Jadalynn Blatnick, Axel Parker, Barrett Blatnick, Hadley Blatnick and Asher Parker; three brothers, George "Tiny" Beck and wife, Maryanne of Arkansas, Willie Beck of Arkansas, and Richard Beck and wife, Sharon of Kendrick, Oklahoma; and four sisters, Evelyn "Joyce" Hollingshead of North Carolina, Esther Mae Hopkins of Davenport, Oklahoma, Fern Armstrong of Davenport, Oklahoma, and Zelda "Sally" Hopper of Stroud, Oklahoma. She was preceded in death by her parents; two brothers, Orris "Pug" Beck and James "Buster" Beck; and two sisters, Betty Jean Neisz and Mary Lou Odell. Memorials may be made to OMRF Cancer Research.
