Memorial services for Tommy Thomas, 74 year-old Hydro, Oklahoma resident, will be held Monday, July 24, 2017, 2:00 P.M. in The Chapel of Lockstone Funeral Home with Rev. Ted Uhlig officiating. Services are under the direction of Lockstone Funeral Home.

Tommy was born May 3, 1943, in Anadarko, Oklahoma to E.P. and Betty (Hackleman) Thomas and passed away Wednesday, July 19, 2017, at Weatherford Regional Hospital. Tommy was raised and attended school in the Ft. Cobb and Binger areas. He enlisted in the Air Force and served in California and New York, working in the missile silos. After the service he lived in California and worked with the California Highway Patrol for 27 years. Tommy later worked for an insurance brokerage firm for 7 years. He retired in 2000 and moved to Hydro, Oklahoma. On June 11, 2009, he married Linda (Lippincott) Bell in Osage Beach, Missouri and made their home in Hydro. Tommy enjoyed C.B. radios, square dancing, skeet shooting, genealogy, computer work and spending time with family and friends. Memorials may be made to the Hydro First Responders or Hydro Masonic Cemetery flag fund.

Tommy is survived by his wife of 8 years, Linda Thomas of their home in Hydro, Oklahoma; one step-son, Mark Bell and wife, Lesley of College Station, Texas; one step-daughter, Laurie Wood of Weatherford, Oklahoma; one granddaughter, Carlie Wood of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma; and numerous nieces, nephews and cousins. He was preceded in death by his parents; one brother, Kay; and two sisters, Jan and Pat.
