Funeral service for Timothy James Stotts, 57 year-old Weatherford, OK resident, will be held on Friday, December 2, 2016 at 10:00 AM in The Chapel of Lockstone Funeral Home. Graveside will be held on Friday at 2:00 PM in Marlow Cemetery under the direction of Lockstone Funeral Home.

Tim was born on February 8, 1959 to G.B. and Betty Louise (Cannaday) Stotts in Marlow, OK and passed away on Tuesday, November 29, 2016 in Weatherford, OK. He was raised in Anadarko and Tishomingo, OK until his family moved to Weatherford in 1968. He attended Weatherford Public Schools from 4th grade until graduation from Weatherford High School with the Class of 1977. He received a bachelor degree from Southwestern Oklahoma State University. Tim moved to Florida where he worked in construction and was a scuba diving instructor. He returned to Weatherford in 1987 where he worked construction as an electrician. Tim enjoyed scuba diving, music, and genealogy research.

Tim is survived by his mother, Louise Kenedy and husband Burl of Weatherford, OK; one daughter Lisa Jones and husband Alan of Weatherford, OK; one brother, Ron Stotts and wife Susan of Waterford, Connecticut; one sister, Barbara Nurnberg and husband Robert of Corn, OK; three grandchildren, Melyssa, Megyn and Micah Jones of Weatherford. He was preceded in death by his father; and one brother, Gregory.
