Terrance Gravley Hawkins was born January 30, 1957 minutes after his twin brother, Timothy, in Oberlin, Kansas, to Nora Lee and Wallace Lowell Hawkins.  He was welcomed by his brothers, Seth, Toby, and Todd.  Wallace passed away suddenly in 1965 and soon after Nora moved the 5 brothers to Weatherford, OK, and later to Arapaho, OK where Terry and Tim graduated from high school in 1975.  Terry attended SWOSU for a bachelor's degree in history, and later he worked on a masters degree at St. Meinrad Seminary in Indiana.

While working in Red River, New Mexico, he met Margarita Garcia and they were married November 11, 1995.  While living in Colorado Springs, they were blessed with their daughter, Elspeth Hope.

Terry passed away suddenly in Weatherford, OK on December 30, 2024.  He will be greatly missed by his family, friends, and three living brothers, Seth, Toby, and Tim.  Terry loved the Lord and his family, and had life long interests in history, theology, Irish culture, and John Wayne.  Terrance will be laid to rest beside his brother, Todd, and father, Wallace, at the Sharon Cemetery north of Gotebo, OK.
