Teddy Don "Ted" Stephens was born April 1, 1940, in Boswell, Oklahoma to Marvin Diamond and Alma Mae (Henson) Stephens and passed away Monday, October 19, 2020, at Oklahoma Veterans Center – Clinton Division in Clinton having reached the age of 80 years, 6 months and 18 days.

Ted was raised in Oklahoma City and attended Capital Hill High School. He enlisted in the U.S. Army in August 1963 and was honorably discharged in August 1965. Ted returned to Oklahoma City where he drove a truck for Wonder Bread for 33 years before retiring at the age of 58. On November 18, 1994, he married Virginia Hutchison in Oklahoma City. Ted enjoyed fixing lawnmowers and spending time with his family and friends.

Ted is survived by his wife, Virginia of Hydro; two daughters, Stephanie Gentry and Tina Jackson and husband, Prentiss "P.J." all of Oklahoma City; one step-son, Scott Page and wife, Marquieta of Weatherford; one sister, Alma Jean Weymouth of Mustang; eight grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents; two brothers, Wilbur and Billy; two sisters, Betty Jo and Helen; and a daughter, Billie Jean.
