Sandra Jane Rice was born December 24, 1963, in Hershey, Pennsylvania to Edward C. and Carolyn Sue (Radell) Williams and passed away at home surrounded by her husband and family, at home in Hinton, Oklahoma, at the age of 55 years and 1 day.

Sandra was raised and attended school in Manheim, Pennsylvania. In 1988, they moved to Conestoga, Pennsylvania where she raised her family. February of 1997, they moved west of Hinton on the family farm. She fought cancer for 8 years and had her CDL. Sandra enjoyed riding motorcycles, going to yard sales, Bingo, OU sports, spending time with kids and grandkids. Memorials may be made to the Integris Cancer Institute.

Sandra is survived by her husband of 31 years, Robert Rice of Hinton, Oklahoma; three sons, Robert Rice, Jr. of Roland, Oklahoma, Jonathan Wayne Rice and wife, Tosha of El Reno, Oklahoma, and Dustin Rice and wife, Erika of Maryland; two daughters, Sherrea Taylor and husband, Jack and Lucinda Williams all of Yukon, Oklahoma; one brother, Edward Williams of Manheim, Pennsylvania; nineteen grandchildren, Sierra Taylor, Chase Mapes, Hope Taylor, Shaylin Taylor, Aubrie Taylor, K'Lei Taylor, Abigail Williams, Preston Williams, Lewis Williams, Tessa Rice, Summer Rice, Colton Rice, Aspen Rice, Griffin Rice, Owen Rice, Skylar Rice, Marlene Rice, Aria Rice, and Aubrey Rice. She was preceded in death by her parents.
