Memorial services for Phyllis Linda Jones, 64 year-old Hydro, Oklahoma resident, will be held Saturday, August 11, 2012 at 2:00 P.M. in The Chapel of Lockstone Funeral Home with Rick Dyson officiating.

Phyllis was born June 17, 1948 in Hydro, Oklahoma to Paul and Viola (Ditmore) Van Huss and passed away Wednesday, August 8, 2012 at her home in Hydro, Oklahoma. Phyllis was raised and attended school in Hydro and graduated from Hydro High School in 1966. She attended Southwestern College for two years. Phyllis worked as a counselor at the Veteran Affairs Center in Clinton, Oklahoma and retired in 2012. She enjoyed going to the movies, traveling, and her cats.

Phyllis is survived by three brothers, Paul Van Huss, Jr. and wife, Melba of Colorado Springs, Colorado, Charles Van Huss of Clinton, Oklahoma, and Todd Van Huss and wife, Debbie of Colony, Oklahoma; and three sisters, Jolene Tripp and husband, Andrew of Tulsa, Oklahoma, Paula Isabell and husband, Samuel of Stinnett, Texas, and Rhonda Van Huss of Enid, Oklahoma. She was preceded in death by her parents.
