Patricia June "Pat" (Plummer) Souther was born on April 6, 1969, in Thomas, Oklahoma to William "Bill" and Peggy Sue "Sue" (McCrary) Plummer and passed away on Friday, December 8, 2023, at OU Medical Center in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma having reached the age of 54 years, 8 months and 2 days.

Pat was raised southwest of Watonga and attended school in Greenfield, Oklahoma, finishing her senior year in Watonga, graduating with the Class of 1987.  On August 8, 1987, she married her high school sweetheart, Trent Lee Souther, in Watonga, Oklahoma. They made their home in Thomas where she worked as an in-home caregiver for the elderly as well as the Watonga and Thomas nursing homes. Pat enjoyed crafting, decorating, and most of all taking care of her grandchildren.

Pat is survived by her son, Travis Souther of San Antonio, TX; daughters, Allisa Floyd and husband, Adam, of Custer City, OK, and Taylor Souther of Thomas, OK; two brothers, Donald Plummer, David Plummer and wife, Shawnda all of Watonga, OK; two sisters, Deann Kelly and husband, Robert of Humboldt, KS and Debbie Plummer of Watonga, OK; and six grandchildren, Alayna, Alix and Axton Floyd, Jase, Grayson and Nora Greening. She was preceded in death by her parents.
