Funeral services for Oral Dean Ramey, 88 year-old Weatherford, Oklahoma resident, will be held Monday, March 24, 2014, at 2:00 P.M. at Zion Church with Jerry Butler officiating. Burial will follow in Greenwood Cemetery under the direction of Lockstone Funeral Home.

Dean was born October 29, 1925 in Weatherford, Oklahoma to Oral and Effie May (Ickes) Ramey and passed away Wednesday, March 19, 2014 at Weatherford Living Center. Dean was raised and attended school in Weatherford and graduated from Weatherford High School in 1943. She moved to Norman and worked and returned to Weatherford where she was a photographer for Owl Photo for 30 years. Dean enjoyed crafts, painting, working in her flower beds, and traveling with her sisters. Memorials may be made to the Dean McGee Eye Institute.

Dean is survived one sister-in-law, Betty Franklin; a very special dear friend, Karla Vandersee of Weatherford, Oklahoma; and numerous nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents; two brothers, Jake and Herschel Ramey; and two sisters, Gladys McAdoo and Opal Beardslee.
