Mildred Ruth Humphreys Wilburg was born May 26, 1929, in Thomas, Oklahoma to Lloyd Franklin and Vessie Cole (Parker) Stevens and passed away Thursday, March 29, 2018, at Mountain View Hospital in Las Vegas, Nevada, at the age of 88 years, 10 months, and 3 days.

Mildred raised and attended school in Thomas, Oklahoma. On February 9, 1946, she married Grover Dale Humphreys in Texas and made their home in Fay, Oklahoma. They moved to Oregon briefly before returning to Fay. They later moved to southern California where they raised their family and returned to Thomas in 1978 and then Custer City in 1993. Mildred moved to Las Vegas in 2015 to be near her daughter. She enjoyed playing Bingo, knitting, and crocheting.

Mildred is survived by two sons, Robert Steven Humphreys of Thomas, Oklahoma and Carl Wayne Humphreys of Custer City, Oklahoma; and one daughter, LaDona Dell Burch of Las Vegas, Nevada; three brothers, Raymond Stevens of Arizona, Dennis Cole of Alaska, and Eddie Cole of California; one sister, Lois Soto; nine grandchildren; fourteen great-grandchildren; and four great-great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents and husband, Grover Humphreys.
