Lyle was born October 29, 1955, in Clinton to Rex Everett and Dixie Glee (Leonard) Gilworth and passed away Sunday, September 27, 2020, at Weatherford Regional Hospital in Weatherford having reached the age of 64 years, 10 months, 28 days.

Lyle was raised and attended school in Weatherford. During his school years he was on the wrestling team. After graduating he worked in the car business with his father at Rainbow Motors. He enjoyed working on cars and motors. Lyle loved animals, squirrels, birds and dogs. He also loved to hunt and fish and the outdoors. He always had a smile on his face and enjoyed being around his many friends.

Lyle is survived by his sister, Glee Davis of Oklahoma City; his brother, Rex Everett Gilworth, Jr. of Yukon; nieces and nephews, Kyle and Amy Wardell of Wichita Falls, Texas and Cody and Ky Davis of Sulfur, Lacy Gilworth, Suthern Gilworth and Rhett Gilworth of Yukon; three great-nieces and three great-nephews. He was preceded in death by his mother, Dixie Gilworth and his father, Rex Gilworth.
