Lucille "Lucy" Boeckman was born February 12, 1947, in Stillwell, to H.B. and Margurett (Gressett) Taylor and passed away Friday, December 13, 2024, at Integris Hospice House in Oklahoma City, at the age of 77 years, 10 months and 1 day.

Lucy was adopted at a very young age and was raised in Louisiana before the family moved to Dustin in eastern Oklahoma. Lucy's family owned and operated a Dairy Queen.  She graduated from high school in Graham.  In August of 1967, Lucy married Bill McKinney, made their home in Chickasha and moved to Hydro in 1975, they were married for 22 years.  Lucy made her home in Weatherford and married Bernard Boeckman in 1990.  She loved spending her time with family, friends and especially her grandchildren.  Lucy enjoyed painting, crafts, and sewing.

Lucy is survived by her son, Alvin McKinney and wife, Alice; brother, Eddie Taylor; four grandchildren, Randy and Mattea McKinney and Alvin and Morgan McKinney; and two great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents, H. B. and Margurett Taylor; husband, Bernard Boeckman; and son, Michael McKinney.
