Lori Ellen Owens was born October 5, 1958, in Carnegie to Paul Raymond King and Cora Ellen (Simpson) King and passed away Sunday, November 6, 2022, at Weatherford Regional Hospital in Weatherford, at the age of 64 years, 1 month and 1 day.

Lori was raised in Colony and graduated from Washita Height High School in 1976.  She started working for Corn Heritage Village.  Lori married Steven Owens in Weatherford and made their home in Weatherford.  She worked for Weatherford Regional Hospital for 22 years. Lori enjoyed bowling, reading, Thunder basketball, Hallmark movies, playing cards and spending time with family and friends.

Lori is survived by husband, Steven Owens of the home in Weatherford; five brothers, Danny King and wife, Frieda of Colony, Roy King and wife, Geneva of Thomas, Raymond King and wife, Kay of Colony, Roger King and wife, Regina of Weatherford and Teddy King of Weatherford. She was preceded in death by her parents; two sisters, Betty and Paula Jo; three brothers, Steve, Jerry and Jimmy; sister-in-law, Dolores King; and best friends, Steve Easterling and Mike Holliman.
