Lorene Rubylee Sauer was born on February 26 , 1935, in Texola , OK , and passed away Friday, April 21 , 2023 , in Fayetteville, Arkansas having reached the age of 88 years, 1 month and 26 days .

Lorene was raised in Eagle City and attended school in Canton, graduating in 1954. She then attended Southwestern Oklahoma State University for 3 years. She married Robert Sauer on October 9, 1955 , and they made their home on the family farm west of Weatherford. Lorene worked at the Tiny Diner, Owl Photo, Kissler TV, and alongside her husband at Bob's Electric. Lorene enjoyed gardening, genealogy, crocheting, and reading.

Lorene is survived by a son, Marty Sauer and wife, Marsha of Weatherford; two daughters, Cheryl Yacoub and husband, Jim of Junction City, CA and Darlynda Wolf and husband, Roger of Lincoln, AR; four brothers, Lavon Sinclair and wife, Etta of Ellensburg, WA, Bufford Sinclair of Watonga, OK, DeWayne Sinclair and wife, Joanne of Eagle City, OK, and Vernon Sinclair and wife, Susan of Watonga, OK; two sisters, Annabel Richards of Enumclaw, WA, and Margaret Harris of Oklahoma City, OK.; ten grandchildren; twenty great-grandchildren; and four great-great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by h er parents; husband, Robert; brother, Marion; son, Timothy; and two grandsons, Dusty F riese n and Joshua Saue r .
