Graveside services for Leta Nadine Seeds, 89-year-old Alpine, California resident, will be held Saturday, December 3, 2016, 1:00 P.M., at Greenwood Cemetery with Rev. David Lawrence officiating. Services are under Lockstone Funeral Home of Weatherford, Oklahoma.

Nadine was born on May 4, 1927, in Bear Creek, Oklahoma, and passed away Saturday, November 19, 2016, in Alpine, California, suburb of San Diego. Nadine was the oldest of 8, and she attended school in Bear Creek and Thomas, Oklahoma. She married Loyal Seeds on December 25, 1956, in Weatherford, Oklahoma. Her father, G.B. Richardson, officiated the ceremony. She was a beloved wife, fabulous mother, loving grandmother and doting sister. Nadine was a devout Christian, active in her Southern Baptist Church serving as Treasurer, Sunday school teacher, and President of Womans Missionary Union. Nadine enjoyed needlework and genealogy.

Nadine leaves behind five siblings, Bill Richardson (Barbara), Robert Richardson (Pat), M.G. Barber (Gene), Carol Vaughn (Allen), and James Richardson; three children, Robert Seeds (Peggy), Deena Thomas (Tom), and James Seeds (Gail); and four grandsons, Theo Seeds, Edward Seeds, Allen Thomas, and Daniel Thomas. She was preceded in death by her parents (G.B. and Eunice Richardson), her sister (Geraldine Romig), her brother (Gene Richardson) and her husband of 55 years on May 30, 2012.
