Lena Faye
Robinson
March 24, 1937 – September 17, 2020
On March 24, 1937, in Frederick, Oklahoma, Lena Faye (Webb) Robinson was born to Granville and Marie Faye (Allen) Webb. She was received into the arms of her Heavenly Father on Thursday, September 17, 2020, at Weatherford Regional Hospital, in Weatherford, Oklahoma.
Lena Faye became a Christian in Fontana, California, in August of 1971. She lived her life faithful to her Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ. She loved the Lord, her church and her family.
She married Billy Dwayne Robinson on May 6, 1970, in Bloomington, California. From this union, five wonderful children were born. During their life together, they lived in many places across the United States. Throughout her adulthood, she was a mother and homemaker. After their children had grown, they both got their CDLs and worked as long haul truckers for many years. When they had worn out from that job, they started delivering motor homes across the United States and Canada, allowing them to see many beautiful country sides. Upon retiring, they moved to Hillsboro, Texas, and later moved to Weatherford, Oklahoma in 2015.
Lena is survived by: her husband, Billy Dwayne Robinson, of their home in Weatherford, Oklahoma. Her sons, Billy Robinson of Clinton, Missouri; Joe and Cindy Robinson of Huntington, Indiana; John and Tina Edwards of Missouri; Benjamin Robinson of Weatherford, Oklahoma; Kathy and Robert Garner of Wichita, Kansas; June Smith of Council Bluff, Iowa; Shirley Edwards of Dallas, Texas; Tammy Bell of Lamar, Missouri; Diane Robinson of Mentone, Indiana. She is also survived by three sisters, O'nita Hetzel of Wichita, Kanasa; Geraldine Edwards of San Bernardino, California; and Carline Givens of Ashford, Washington. She is also survived by her forty-one grandchildren and many great-grandchildren.
Preceding her in death are her parents and her three brothers Jimmy, Granville (Pee Wee), and Allen, and two sisters, Betty Lou and Janie.
