Graveside services for Lela Belinda Brown, 64 year-old Hydro, Oklahoma resident, will be held Saturday, May 3, 2014 at 2:00 P.M. at Hydro Masonic Cemetery with Scott Hume officiating under the direction of Lockstone Funeral Home.

Lela was born January 27, 1950 in Weatherford, Oklahoma to Hugh and Beatrice Lorine (Hall) Cloninger and passed away Tuesday, April 29, 2014 at Weatherford Regional Hospital. Lela was raised and attended school in Hydro and graduated from Hydro High School in 1968. She attended Southwestern State College for a year. She worked at Oklahoma Gasahol Plant and later worked as a cook at the Weatherford Hospital. Lela enjoyed dancing, fishing, and spending time with her children and grandchildren.

Lela is survived by her mother, Bea Bowman of Custer City, Oklahoma; three sons, Doug Cavanaugh and wife, Holly of Weatherford, Oklahoma, Robert Cavanaugh and wife, Tiffinee of South Carolina, and Fred Cavanaugh of Weatherford, Oklahoma; one brother, Joe Cloninger and wife, Cindy of Clinton, Oklahoma; and three grandchildren, SaLana, Raevyn, and Kasey Cavanaugh. She was preceded in death by her father, Hugh.
