Larry Don Kliewer, Jr was born August 10, 1960, in Fairview to Larry Don Sr. and Patricia Irene (Hoffman) Kliewer and passed away Saturday, February 26, 2022, at OU Health Edmond Medical Center, at the age of 61 years, 6 months and 16 days.

Larry was raised in Fairview attending school and graduating in 1978.  While attending high school he was active in FFA and marching band.  After high school he attended college at SWOSU in Weatherford pursing a degree in Music Education.  Larry had been a member of Phi Mu Alpha, and Kappa Kappa Psi.  After college he had worked at 3-M Company, Imation, Progressive Windows, City of Weatherford and many other jobs through his life.  Larry was an avid gardener and musician, that played in many local venues including nursing homes as well as Allan's Country Show Place.  He loved to learn constantly studying cooking, gardening, music and many other topics.

Larry is survived by his father, Larry Kliewer, Sr. of Fairview; his wife, Kandy Kliewer of Weatherford; his daughter, Emily Smith of Hydro; his brother, Danny Kliewer and wife, Kathy of Fairview; two grandchildren, Prudence and Jude; his niece, Amy de la Torre and husband, Eduardo; his nephew, Jeremy Kliewer and wife, Sarah of Yukon; and step-children, Chanda Douglas of Yukon, Norman Harrall of Apache and Cecil Harrall of Geary and their spouses; and several step-grandchildren.  He was preceded in death by his mother, Pat Kliewer.
