Kerry Don Wright was born February 9, 1965, in Hinton, Oklahoma to Aubrey Dean Wright and Sandra (Wilson) Wright and passed away Thursday, May 17, 2018, in Yukon, Oklahoma, at the age of 53 years, 2 months, and 28 days.

Kerry was raised and attended school in Weatherford and graduated from Weatherford High School in 1983. He attended SWOSU and later transferred to OSU where he graduated in 1992. Kerry moved to Oklahoma City and sold Saturns for Bob Moore, worked in the oilfield in sales, and later worked in the home health service. He had been a member of the Weatherford Church of Christ since he was 14 years old and later regularly attended Crossings Community Church in Oklahoma City. He was also a member of Sigma Alpha Epsilon – Oklahoma Mu chapter and the Belmar Golf Club. Kerry enjoyed golfing, OSU football, traveling, visiting with his many friends, going to plays and concerts with his mom, and his church activities. Memorials may be made to the Oklahoma Medical Research Foundation – Colon Cancer, Crossings Community Church, or to the Church of Christ.

Kerry is survived by his mother, Sandra Wright of Yukon, Oklahoma; sister, Kristy Nott and husband, Peter of Glenwood Springs, Colorado and their children, Parker, Ryan, Forrest, Ethan, Iris, and Graham; brother, Kenton Wright and wife, Mary of Weatherford, Oklahoma and their children, Melanie, Chris, and Valynn; and special aunts, uncles, cousins, and many, many friends. He was preceded in death by his father, Dean Wright and a brother, Kevin Wright.
