A Life Celebration service for Kelsy Dawn Lilley, 10 year-old Weatherford, Oklahoma resident, will be held Friday, January 30, 2015, 2:00 P.M. in the Life Fellowship Church with Pastor Ric Freeman officiating. Burial will follow in Greenwood Cemetery under the direction of Lockstone Funeral Home.

Kelsy was born October 21, 2004 in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma to Raymond Lilley and Heather Silcott and passed away at home, surrounded by her family, on Tuesday, January 27, 2015. Kelsy was raised in Weatherford, by her parents Heather and Rick Spain and attended the Weatherford Public Schools until 3rd grade. She spent the last year at home. Kelsy spent 3 years in the Bethany Childrens Center. She was a very independent and individual Kelsy. Kelsy enjoyed her floor time, going back to visit the children at the Bethany Childrens Center, watching her only younger brother, Jaden, and watching the movie, Tangled. Memorials may be made to the Bethany Childrens Hospital.

Kelsy is survived by her mother and step-father, Heather Spain and husband, Rick of the home in Weatherford; brothers and sisters, Jennifer Ward of Oklahoma City, Aaron Spain of Weatherford, Adrianna Spain of Weatherford, Garrett Silcott of Weatherford, Alex Spain, Rena Lilley of Weatherford, and Jaden Spain of Weatherford; and grandparents, Fred and Debbie Wanker of Chester, Oklahoma and Jim and Linda Kroeker of Weatherford.
