Juan Jose Morales was born on March 8, 1952, in Cotulla, Texas to Ignacio and Isabel (Mabia) Morales and passed away Tuesday, December 10, 2019, at Weatherford Regional Hospital, at the age of 67 years, 9 months and 2 days.

Juan spent his early years in Dilley, Texas before moving to Weatherford with his family in the early 60's and graduated from Weatherford High School in 1971. He served in the U.S. Navy from 1971 to 1974 and was a Purple Heart Recipient during the Vietnam War. Juan returned to Weatherford and worked for Arkla Gas Company. He enjoyed traveling and spending time with family and friends.

Juan is survived by Yolanda Kroeker, Brenda Hughes, Yesenia Bowman, Veronica Soto, Johnathan Soto; cousins, Petra Benayides, Concepsion Anez, Rosa Rodriguez, Humberto V. Hernandez, Carlos Villahueva, Chana Hernandez, and many other cousins. He was preceded in death by his father, Ignacio L. Morales; mother, Isabel Morales nee' Villanueva.
