Memorial services for Joshua Adam Doyals, 29 year old Oklahoma City, Oklahoma resident, formerly of Weatherford, Oklahoma, will be held on Saturday, October 11, 2014, at 2:00 P.M. at the First United Methodist Church in Weatherford, Oklahoma with Rev. Lynn Brack officiating, under the direction of Lockstone Funeral Home of Weatherford.

Joshua was born to Terrell Eugene and Debra Lynn (Jones) Doyals on December 6, 1984, in Weatherford, Oklahoma and died on Tuesday, October 7, 2014, at Baptist Integris Medical Center in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. Joshua was raised in Weatherford and Oklahoma City and graduated from Weatherford High School in 2003. He attended classes at OSU Extension in Oklahoma City. Joshua enjoyed fishing, baseball and hanging out with his niece and nephews. Memorials may be made to the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation.

Joshua is survived by his parents, Terrell and Debra Doyals of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma; his sister, Ashleigh Lynn Streit and husband, Matt of Hydro, Oklahoma; three nephews, Tannere, Owen, and Jonah Streit; one niece, Audri Streit; grandparents, Ted and Billie Doyals of Weatherford, Oklahoma; grandmother, Faye Jones of Chattanooga, Tennessee; uncles, aunts, and cousins. He was preceded in death by his Papaw, Fred Jones.
