Funeral services for Johnna Sue Hale, 50 year-old Weatherford, Oklahoma resident, will be held on Saturday, March 24, 2012 at 2:00 P.M. in the Church of Christ with James Cudd officiating. Burial will follow in Greenwood Cemetery under the direction of Lockstone Funeral Home.

Johnna was born July 21, 1961 in Shattuck, Oklahoma to Gordon L. Ras and Johnnie Barbara (Stevens) Rasmussen and passed away Tuesday, March 20, 2012 at Integris Baptist Medical Center in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. Johnna was raised and attended school in Hinton, Oklahoma and graduated from Hinton High School in 1979. On May 22, 1979, she married Ronald Hale in Wheeler, Texas and made their home in Hinton until 1984 when they moved to Weatherford. Johnna worked at True Value Pharmacy as a pharmacy tech for several years. She was generous beyond a fault and never met a stranger. Johnna enjoyed spending time with her family, grandchildren, and the Denver Broncos football. Memorials may be made to Donate Life America or to the American Lung Association - Pulmonary Fibrosis.

Johnna is survived by her husband, Ron of their home in Weatherford, Oklahoma; one son, Jared Hale and wife, Shaylee of Weatherford, Oklahoma; one daughter, Myndi Hale of Weatherford, Oklahoma; four grandchildren, Jaron, Alyssa, Tylar, and Adyssan; her parents, Ras and Barbara Rasmussen of Weatherford, Oklahoma; two sisters, Jara Wilson and husband, Rodney and Ronette Thiessen and husband, Tracy both of Weatherford, Oklahoma; two brothers-in-law, Byron Hale and wife, Kaye of Edmond, Oklahoma and Duane Hale and wife, Anita of Saginaw, Texas; mother-in-law, Phyllis Hale of Saginaw, Texas; numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews; and the girls in the Class of 1979. She was preceded in death by one daughter, JaLisa Kay Hale; grandma, Velma Reece; and an uncle, Russell Reece.
