Funeral services for Jearl Aline Potter, 89 year-old Weatherford, Oklahoma resident, will be held Thursday, April 2, 2015, 2:00 P.M. in The Chapel of Lockstone Funeral Home with Jeff Sykes officiating. Burial will follow in Greenwood Cemetery under the direction of Lockstone Funeral Home.

Aline was born August 27, 1925 in Texas and passed away Tuesday, March 31, 2015 at the A.M.G. Specialty Hospital in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. Aline was raised and attended school in Eakly. On March 27, 1944, she married Lester Homer Potter and made their home in Texas. They later moved to Oklahoma City where Lester worked for the police department and in 1985 they moved to Weatherford. Aline enjoyed watching soap operas and the Texas Ranger baseball.

Aline is survived by step-son, Wendell Potter and wife, Mary of Circleville, Ohio; four grandchildren; ten great-grandchildren; and nine great-great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Lester Potter; and one sister, Edna.
