Funeral services for Jamie Lynn Peppin, 47 year-old Weatherford, Oklahoma resident, will be held Saturday, September 30, 2017, 2:00 P.M. in "The Chapel" of Lockstone Funeral Home with Mark Spena officiating.

Jamie was born April 10, 1970, in Midland, Texas to Roy James and Judy Kay (Busby) Herron and passed away at home in Weatherford on Sunday, September 24, 2017. Jamie was raised and attended school in New Mexico. On May 20, 1989, she married James Paul Peppin, Sr. in Lovington, New Mexico. While living in Lovington she drove a school bus. They moved to Weatherford, Oklahoma in 2006 and Jamie worked for Kodak for 4 years. She will be remembered as a generous and giving person who loved her family and grandchildren very much, loved her nieces and nephews, and watching all the children's sporting events. Jamie enjoyed watching sports, especially the 49 ^ers , cooking, and spending time with family and friends.

Jamie is survived by her husband, James; her mother, Judy Kay Huggins of Albuquerque, New Mexico; her son, J.R. Peppin of Weatherford, Oklahoma; her daughter, Stormy Peppin of Weatherford, Oklahoma; one brother, Joshua Huggins of Albuquerque, New Mexico; three sisters, Brenda Webb of Garland, Texas, Shelley Deaton of Albuquerque, New Mexico, and Paula Gatewood of Albuquerque, New Mexico; and three grandchildren, Gabriel Longoria, Sariah Longoria, and Benzley Peppin. She was preceded in death by her father, Roy James Herron.
