Obituary

Funeral: 10:00 AM Thursday, August 8th, 2013First Christian Church

Funeral service for Jack Neil Boileau 86 year old Thomas, OK resident will be held on Thursday, August 8, 2013 at 10:00 A.M. in the First Christian Church of Thomas with Vernon and Tim Frymire officiating. Burial will follow in the Mound Valley Cemetery under the direction of Lockstone Funeral Home of Thomas.

Jack was born December 23, 1926 in Thomas, OK to Zanny Collis (Z.C.) and Norene (Kopp) Boileau. He passed away August 5, 2013 at Corn Heritage Village Nursing Home in Corn, OK. He was raised on a farm east of Putnam, OK and attended Putnam schools, graduating in 1945. Jack was drafted into military service in 1945 and was honorably discharged in 1947. After returning from the service he began farming and ranching. Jack married Mary Ann Bontrager on June 11, 1955 and they made their home in Thomas, OK. Jack enjoyed playing dominos, dancing and country music.

He is survived by his wife, Mary Ann of the home in Thomas, OK; one daughter, Patti Jo Humphreys of Thomas, OK ; one granddaughter, Lyndi Jo Taff and her husband, Dusty of Jasper, TX; three great-grandchildren Kasten Tighe Taff, Kynli Jo Taff and Keagan Jack Taff; one sister-in-law, Fran Boileau of Enid, OK; and special friends Janelle Pennington and family. He is preceded in death by his parents, Zanny and Norene Boileau ; one grandson, Tighe Humphreys; two brothers, C.W. Boileau and J. B. Boileau ; two sisters, Margie Jo Williams and Pat Towner; one nephew, Jeff Boileau; one niece, Collis (Towner) Doak.
