Henry Hamilton, Jr. was born January 24, 1920 in Weatherford, Oklahoma to Henry Robert and Rose Ellen (McGoffin) Hamilton and passed away Sunday, March 11, 2012 at Weatherford Regional Hospital in Weatherford, Oklahoma at the age of 92 years, 1 month, and 17 days.

Henry was raised in Weatherford and attended Normal View Rural School until 8th grade when he quit school to help on the family farm. He later went to California to haul hay and then enlisted in the Navy. After his military service he returned back to Weatherford to farm wheat and raise cattle. Henry enjoyed his family, farming, his grandchildren, and great-grandchildren.

Henry is survived by three daughters, Estella Jones and husband, Aubrey of Denham Springs, LA, Patricia Kendell and husband, Dwayne and Joyce Dudek and Phillip Williams all of Weatherford, OK; six grandchildren, Michelle Sullivan and husband, Mark of Zachary, LA, Myron Coleman and wife, Mandy and Miriam Everett and husband, Brad both of Denham Springs, LA, Heather Oulliber and husband, Stephen of Aurora, CO, Heather Kendell and fianc, Albino Garza of Clinton, OK, and Tiffany Kendell and friend, Jason Clemmons of Oklahoma City, OK; nine great-grandchildren, Josh Moran of Denham Springs, LA, D.J. Johnson and Sarah Johnson of Zachary, LA, Hunter and Haileigh Seabolt of Arlington, TX, Grace and MaryKate Coleman and Ryder Everett of Denham Springs, LA, and Hayden Seabolt of Clinton, OK; one sister, Mildred Ainsworth of Oklahoma City, OK; and one brother, David Hamilton of Moore, OK. He was preceded in death by his parents; two brothers, Dan and John; and three sisters, Gertrude Henzler, Marie Ainsworth, and Rosa Hamilton.
