Harold Dean Smallin was born August 28, 1960, in Athens, Tennessee to Harold David and Inez (Evans) Smallin and passed away Wednesday, August 5, 2020, at his home in Weatherford, at the age of 59 years, 11 months and 7 days.

Harold was raised and attended school in Sweetwater, Tennessee.  He moved to Oklahoma in 1985 and met Marsha Wills.  He worked as a roofer for Axtell Roofing and worked for BOP Ram for several years.  Harold enjoyed fishing, grilling, and spending time with family and friends.  He will be remembered as a very caring husband, a loving father, and good friend to everyone he met.

Harold is survived by his wife of 35 years, Marsha Wills of Weatherford; three daughters, Shaina Marie Wills of Moore, Ruthie Ann Wills and Deanna Beth Wills both of Weatherford; one sister, Sheila King of Cleveland, Tennessee; and six grandchildren, Avery Traywick, Eli Traywick, Mercedes Wills, Ruby Chilingaryan, Armani Chilingaryan and Treyton Kade Jones.  He was preceded in death by his parents; one daughter, Heather Gayle; and one brother-in-law, Hollis Lee.
