Glenda was born February 14, 1947, in Tulare, CA to Cecil Horace and Mattie Pearl (Hicks) Grubbs and passed away Sunday, October 8, 2023, at St. Anthony Hospital in Oklahoma City having reached the age of 76 years, 7 months and 23 days.

Glenda was raised and attended school in Blair and Shawnee.  On August 17, 1963, she married William Ralph Wittmeyer in Blair, OK.  They made their home in Watonga until 1985 when they moved to Cordell and in 1997 settled in Weatherford.  Glenda enjoyed motorcycles, 4 wheelers, spending time with family and friends, and spending the weekends at Little Sahara Sands.  She will be remembered as a very classy lady, a devoted wife and a good Mama.

Glenda is survived by her husband of 60 years, Bill Wittmeyer of their home in Weatherford; two sons, Timothy Ralph Wittmeyer of Weatherford and Scott Wittmeyer and wife, Tina of Edmond; three brothers, Earl Wayne Grubb, Freddy Joe Grubbs and Jimmy Lee Grubbs; two sisters, Carolyn Wanda May Greybill and Tommy Sue; one granddaughter, Alyssa Friesen and husband, Jake; and two great-grandchildren, Greer and Leif Friesen.  She was preceded in death by her parents.
