Funeral services for Frank Lyn Hidlebaugh, 58 year-old Blanchard, Oklahoma resident, formerly of Weatherford, will be held Saturday, June 14, 2014 at 10:00 A.M. in The Chapel of Lockstone Funeral Home with Tandle Hall officiating. Burial will follow in Hydro Masonic Cemetery under the direction of Lockstone Funeral Home. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Thursday, June 13, 2014 from 6:00 to 8:00 P.M.

Frank was born December 14, 1955 at Onafrio Maternity Home in Victorville, California to Clarence Walter and Roberta Mae (Wells) Hidlebaugh and passed away surrounded by his family, Wednesday, June 4, 2014 at home in Blanchard. Frank was raised and attended school in California. In June 1976, he married while in California and he worked in plastering. Frank moved to Oklahoma in 1980 where he worked for Bill Jackson Rig Company and in September 1987 moved back to California and then remarried in 1990 and settled back in Oklahoma since 1990. Frank worked with Turner Brothers as a crane operator and retired in 1999. In 2005, he opened and operated Franks Crane Service and contracted to Brady Welding. Frank enjoyed spending time with his kids, grandkids, and his family.

Frank is survived by his wife of 26 years, Kathy Hidlebaugh of Blanchard, Oklahoma; two sons, Scott Mesna and wife, Crystal of Del City, Oklahoma and Ryan James Hidlebaugh and wife, Lois of Longview, Texas; one daughter, Olivia Cool and husband, Dennis of Chesapeake, Virginia; his mother, Roberta Hidlebaugh of Blanchard, Oklahoma; four sisters, June Price of Odessa, Texas, Betty McClain of Blanchard, Oklahoma, Sheri Hidlebaugh of Blanchard, Oklahoma, and Karie Burchett of Blanchard, Oklahoma; nine grandchildren; and one great-grandchild. He was preceded in death by his father and a brother, Larry Miner.
