Frances Kay Moore was born July 9, 1949, in Carnegie, OK to Vernie Samuel and Oleta (Roland) Moore. She peacefully passed away from her temporary home on earth at Corn Heritage Village of Weatherford on Thursday, August 1, 2019, at the age of 70 years and 22 days. She now resides in her heavenly home with Jesus.

Frances grew up on a peanut farm west of Eakly. She graduated from Eakly High School in 1967. Frances went to work at Scott's Grocery for Margie and Melvin Scott in Eakly. She moved with her parents to Weatherford in 1980 where she worked for Owl Photo until they closed. Frances retired from Weatherford Regional Hospital after 21 years of service.

Frances is survived by an older brother, Glen Moore and wife, Jan, James Moore and wife, Shirley, and Mike Moore and wife, Martha all of Weatherford, OK; and one sister, Margaret Clear and husband, Dale of Hydro, OK. She was preceded in death by her parents.
