Funeral services for Ella Sue Roush, 77 year-old Oklahoma City, Oklahoma resident, formerly of Weatherford, will be held Saturday, November 5, 2016, 11:00 A.M. in The Chapel of Lockstone Funeral Home with Pastor Earl Stephenson officiating. Burial will follow in Greenwood Cemetery under the direction of Lockstone Funeral Home.

Sue was born May 30, 1939, south of Weatherford, Oklahoma, to Charles and Helen (Snow) Lewis and passed away Tuesday, November 1, 2016, at Quail Creek Nursing Home in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. Sue was raised south of Weatherford and attended school in Colony and graduated from Colony High School. She attended Southwestern State College where she earned her B.S. in Business. On April 15, 1960, Sue married Merle Dwayne Roush and made their home in Weatherford and where they raised their family. In 2001, she moved to Oklahoma City to a nursing home due to health reasons. Sue enjoyed sewing, quilting, cooking, gardening, reading and spending time with family. Memorials may be made to the First Baptist Church.

Sue is survived by her son, Dwayne Roush and wife, Stacie of Yukon, Oklahoma; a daughter, Deborah Ballew and husband, Alex of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma; and five grandchildren, Chelsea Roush Parker, Bridget Roush, Jacob Roush, Katherine Ballew, and Rebeckah Ballew. She was preceded in death by her parents; husband; and a brother, Bob Lewis.
