Edwin B. Fry was born January 18, 1937, in Weatherford, Oklahoma to Elmer and Grace (Mason) Fry and passed away at Deaconess Hospital in Oklahoma City, June 9, 2018, at the age of 81 years, 4 months, and 22 days.

Edwin was raised north of Weatherford and attended Cedar Rural School. After school Edwin enlisted into the National Guard and was discharged in July 1965. Edwin married Florence Brown on December 6, 1960 and they made their home north of Weatherford. He worked for the City of Weatherford and later went to work for the Oklahoma Department of Transportation. Edwin enjoyed hunting, fishing, trapping, just being outdoors, raising dogs, and spending time with his grandchildren.

Edwin is survived by three sons, Frankie Fry and his wife, Holly of Clinton, Oklahoma; Robert Fry and his wife, Karen of Clinton, Oklahoma; Edwin B. (Bub) Fry, Jr. of Hydro, Oklahoma; daughter Debra Perkins and her husband, Shane of Buena Vista, Colorado; twelve grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren; two brothers, Elton Fry and his wife, Irene of Weatherford, Oklahoma and Edward A. Fry of Weatherford, Oklahoma. He was preceded in death by his parents; wife; two brothers, Kenneth and Leon; and three sisters, Betty, Ina Mae, and Wilda.
