Funeral services for Edna Irene Digby, 85 year-old Weatherford, Oklahoma resident, will be held Thursday, August 31, 2017, 2:00 P.M. at First Baptist Church with Earl Stevenson officiating. Burial will follow in Greenwood Cemetery under the direction of Lockstone Funeral Home. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Wednesday evening from 6:00 to 8:00 P.M.

Edna was born February 15, 1932, in a house north of Bessie, Oklahoma to Vernie and Laoma (Huey) Harrelson and passed away Monday, August 28, 2017, at Weatherwood Assisted Living Center in Weatherford, Oklahoma.

Edna was a 1950 graduate of Stafford High School in Stafford, OK. Travis and Edna were high school sweethearts and married on May 22, 1950. She was a passionate and creative gardener and loved spending time in her garden, putting puzzles together, crocheting and needlepoint. She was an Auxillary volunteer at Weatherford Regional Hospital for ten years. Edna's grandchildren were her heart and joy. There's no denying that her grandchildren were the ones she loved most. Time spent at Nanny's house was very special for her grandchildren, and parents were discouraged from hanging out too long. Memorials may be made to First Baptist Church - Falls Creek Scholarship Fund.

Loved ones that cleared the path for Edna are Travis Digby, husband; Charles "Wayne" Digby, son; Vernie and Laoma Harrelson, parents; Letha Sawatzky, sister; Calvin Harrelson, brother; and Summer Digby, granddaughter.
