Edna Fern Cain  was born May 26, 1933, in Logan, New Mexico to Clyde and Alma (Patterson) Eastepp and passed away Saturday, December 15, 2018, at Weatherwood Assisted Living in Weatherford, Oklahoma.

Fern was raised and attended school in Logan, New Mexico and worked on the family ranch. She married Arthur Raymond Cain in Santa Rosa, New Mexico and made their home in Logan. Fern enjoyed home decorating where she was an excellent seamstress and designer. She lived 83 years in Logan, New Mexico and was a member of the First Baptist Church. She moved to Weatherford, Oklahoma in August 2017 to be near family. Fern enjoyed traveling, entertaining, and people dropping by.

Fern is survived by two daughters, Janice Murray and husband, Ralph of Weatherford, Oklahoma and Carol Richardson and husband, Alan of Gower, Missouri; one son, Benton Cain and wife, Lynda of Logan, New Mexico; one sister, Ozelle Arnett of Canyon, Texas; twelve grandchildren; thirteen great-grandchildren; and four great-great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents; husband; four brothers, Douglas, J.D., Leonard and Clarence; and two sisters, Oza Lee Popejoy and Helen Huff.
