Doil was born February 6, 1951 in Portales, NM to Earnest and Georgia Fern (Mericle) Frazier and passed away Friday, April 7, 2023 at Weatherford Regional Hospital having reached the age of 72 years, 2 months and 1 day.

Doil was raised and attended school in Weatherford. After high school, Doil served in the US Army for 2 years. He returned home to Weatherford where he married Clara Spencer. He worked as a mechanic for H&H Salvage as well as 66 Salvage. Doil enjoyed fishing and working with cars.

Doil is survived by his wife, Clara of the home in Weatherford; sons, Doil Frazier of Colony, Dale Frazier of Hydro, and David Frazier and wife, Rachel of Weatherford; brother, Johnie Frazier of Weatherford; four sisters, Alta Reber of Los Angeles, CA, Joyce Little of Bakersfield, CA, Frances Brooks of Weatherford, and Erma Neeley of Weatherford; eight grandchildren and four great-grandchildren. Doil was preceded in death by his parents, Earnest and Georgia; daughter, Diana; brother, Earnest; and sister, Rose.
