Funeral services for Dennis Keith Caldwell, 59 year-old Weatherford resident, will be held on Friday, December 28, 2012 at 10:00 AM in the First Christian Church of Thomas with Pastor Dan Weaver officiating. Burial will follow in Mound Valley Cemetery of Thomas under the direction of Lockstone Funeral Home.

Dennis was born on September 15, 1953 in Leoti, Kansas to Everett and Rosalla (Hoock) Caldwell and passed away on Tuesday, December 25, 2012 in Weatherford, Oklahoma. He was raised and attended school in Thomas, graduating from Thomas High School in 1972. He attended Southwestern Oklahoma State University for two years, during which he apprenticed to an electrician. He then attended Oklahoma State University, graduating in 1977. He lived in Keys, Oklahoma where he worked with his cousin and in Leoti, Kansas where he farmed alongside his father. He was married on October 25, 1996 to Marilyn Baker in Arapaho, Oklahoma. Dennis enjoyed Oklahoma State football, farming and ranching, and spending time with his friends and family.

Dennis is survived by his wife, Marilyn Caldwell of the home; and one brother, Rick Caldwell of Dallas, Texas. He was preceded in death by his parents and one sister, Deborah Landreth.
