Funeral services for DeLoris Darlene Reed, 81 year-old Weatherford, Oklahoma resident, will be held Wednesday, March 20, 2013 at 2:00 P.M. in the Church of Christ with Bruce Lewis officiating. Burial will follow in Greenwood Cemetery under the direction of Lockstone Funeral Home.

DeLoris was born May 6, 1931 in Watonga, Oklahoma to Joseph and Ida Fawn (Adamson) Smith and passed away on Sunday, March 17, 2013 at home surrounded by her family. DeLoris was raised and attended school in Watonga graduating from Watonga High School in 1949. On May 4, 1952, she married Robert Glenn Bob Reed and made their home in Watonga and moved to Cherokee, Oklahoma for 3 years. In 1961, they moved to Clinton and in 1967 moved to Weatherford where DeLoris worked for the Weatherford Coop for 5 years. She worked alongside of her husband at Weatherford Press since 1972. DeLoris enjoyed being with family and friends; going to the cabin at Binger; and shopping. Memorials may be made to the First Baptist Church.

DeLoris is survived by her two sons, Bruce Reed and Brent Reed both of Weatherford, Oklahoma; one daughter, Cynthia Baggett of McAlester, Oklahoma; one brother, Jody Smith of Watonga, Oklahoma; one sister, LaVerne Ivins of Watonga, Oklahoma; seven grandchildren, Jamie (Baggett) Hill, Bobby Baggett, Jenny Baggett, Matt Reed, Erin (Reed) Buckaloo, Tyler Reed and Hunter Reed; and thirteen great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Bob Reed; and one sister, Bonnie Edsal.
