Graveside services for David Lee Foster, 69 year-old Oklahoma City, Oklahoma resident, will be held Friday, June 17, 2016, 10:00 A.M. at Greenwood Cemetery with Pastor Earl Stephenson officiating. Services are under the direction of Lockstone Funeral Home of Weatherford, Oklahoma.

David was born December 29, 1946, in Enid, Oklahoma, to Thomas Lee and Mary Dale (Fetzer) Foster and passed away Wednesday, June 15, 2016, at Mercy Hospital in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. David was raised in Oklahoma, Nebraska, California, Texas, and Utah and graduated from Pioneer High School in 1965, in San Jos, California. He enlisted in the U.S. Army in 1966 and served in Germany. David earned his Bachelor degree from Southwestern Oklahoma State University and his Masters degree in Education. He made his home in Oklahoma City where he worked in retail sales.

David is survived by two sons, Brian Foster of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma and Michael Foster and wife, Jennifer of Edmond, Oklahoma; three daughters, Stacy Vaughn and husband, Roger of Phoenix, Arizona, Michelle Edwards of Collinsville, Oklahoma and Rachel McPhearson of Skiatook, Oklahoma; one brother, Richard Foster and wife, Alline of Weatherford, Oklahoma; and five grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents; brother, Michael; and sister, Debra Beth.
