Funeral services for Cynthia Lou (Cindy) Moore, 65 year-old Fay, Oklahoma resident, will be held Wednesday, November 25, 2015 at 2:00 P.M. at Mound Valley Cemetery with Larry Harlan officiating. Burial will follow under the direction of Lockstone Funeral Home.

Cindy was born February 17, 1950 in Chandler, Oklahoma to Donald and Mary Lou (Mattheyer) Key and passed away on Saturday, November 21, 2015 at Mercy Hospital in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. She was raised and attended Enid Public Schools, graduating with the class of 1968. After high school, Cindy attended Phillips College for 3 years before moving to Thomas. After moving to Thomas, she attended SWSC. On December 8, 1973 she married Willie Moore and they made their home in Thomas. The family later moved to Fay in 2003. Cindy was employed over the years at various places, including Watonga State Bank, Canton Schools, and Red Rock, where she worked for 13 years. Cindy was a member of a drum and bugle corps in Enid and enjoyed it very much. She also enjoyed reading, giving music lessons, playing drums, and her grandchildren. Donations may be made to the American Cancer Society.

Cindy is survived by her husband, Willie of Fay, Oklahoma; her mother, Mary Lou Key of Thomas, Oklahoma; two sons, Matt Moore of Thomas, Oklahoma, Jay Moore of Fay, Oklahoma; one daughter, Kelly Lackey and her husband, Vinson of Weatherford, Oklahoma; and two grandchildren, Keon and Khloe. She was preceded in death by her father, Donald; and one brother, Jerry.
