Conrad Tipton Wininger was born July 23, 1935 in Corbin, Kentucky to Ulas and Mary (Fore) Wininger and passed away on Sunday, April 29, 2012 at Mercy Medical Center in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma at the age of 76 years, 9 months, and 6 days.

Conrad was raised and attended school in Corbin, Kentucky where he graduated from Corbin High School in 1953. He served his country in the United States Air Force serving in Vietnam. On June 16, 1956, Conrad married Donna Buttermore in Youngstown, Ohio. They made their home in England, Kansas, Texas, and settled in Weatherford in 1974. Conrad earned his Bachelors Degree from Southwestern State College in 1977. He worked for the post office as a carrier in 1985 and retired in 1994. Conrad enjoyed his time with his family, playing golf, bowling, hunting, and fishing. Memorials may be made to the American Legion Unit #91.

Conrad is survived by his wife of 55 years, Donna of their home in Weatherford, Oklahoma; two sons, Glenn Wininger and fianc, Trisha Shipman of Collegetown, Pennsylvania and Kevin Wininger and wife, Crystal of Iowa Park, Texas; three daughters, Karen Thompson and husband, Brent of Olympia, Washington, Carie Strauch and husband, Charles of Weatherford, Oklahoma, and Bonnie Ridley and husband, Joe of Weatherford, Oklahoma; one brother, Darrel Wininger and wife, Margie of Sarasota, Florida; one sister, Sue Tomlin of Corbin, Kentucky; eleven grandchildren; and twelve great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents; one sister, Joyce; and one brother, Wetzel.
