Christopher Alan Friesen was born July 27, 1960, in Clinton to Harvey White and Ruth Ann (Gordon) Friesen and passed away Tuesday, June 8, 2021, at Mercy Hospital in Oklahoma City, at the age of 60 years, 10 months and 11 days.

Chris was raised and attended school in Weatherford, graduating from Weatherford High School in 1978 with an American FFA Degree.  He started farming south of Weatherford. On December 24, 1987, Chris married Brenda Davis in Las Vegas, Nevada.   He worked as a pipe liner in the oilfield before retiring in 2017.  Chris enjoyed golfing, guns and spending time with family and friends.  Memorials may be made to St. Jude's Children Hospital.

Chris is survived by his wife of 33 years, Brenda Friesen of their home in Weatherford; one son, Cody Massey of Halsey, Oregon; two daughters, Katheryn Friesen of Edmond and Jennifer Jackson and husband, Joshua of Arcadia; one sister, Bonnie Adams and husband, Mel of Kansas City, Missouri; and three grandchildren.  He was preceded in death by his parents.
