Charlotte Gayle Exinia was born in Weatherford, Oklahoma on June 17, 1940 to John Herman Fisher and Rita Mae (Marical) Fisher. She passed away Sunday, October 14, 2018 at Corn Heritage Village in Weatherford, Oklahoma.

Charlotte was raised in Weatherford, Oklahoma where she attended the Weatherford Schools. She met and married Victor Exinia on November 26, 1956. They made their home in La Feria, Texas for 6 years. In 1965 they moved to Weatherford with their family. Charlotte worked at the Vesta Theatre and did cleaning. She enjoyed reading the Bible, playing dominoes and bingo, reading other books, and her family.

Charlotte survived by two sons Casey Exinia and his wife, Karen, of Weatherford, Oklahoma and Danny Exinia of Weatherford, Oklahoma; one brother Jerome Fisher of Van Nuys, California; two Grandchildren Brian Exinia and Angela Norseworthy; two Great-Grandchildren Dylan Tompkins and Skylar Exinia. She was preceded in death by her parents, John and Rita Fisher, her husband, Victor Exinia, two brothers, David and John.
