Chad Eric Strong was born in Clinton, Oklahoma to Clarence and Peggy (Warren) Strong and passed away on July 28, 2017 in Guthrie, Oklahoma.

Chad was born in Clinton then moved to Weatherford where he graduated from Weatherford High School in the class of 2003. He grew up in the Nazarene Church where he was saved and Baptized. Chad was a Trustee and Youth Pastor with his wife, Jennifer, at the CrossPointe Church. He was also the sound tech at both the Nazarene and CrossPointe Church. Chad loved sports especially playing baseball. His favorite teams were the Oklahoma Sooners, Dallas Cowboys, and the Texas Rangers. He liked playing church league softball, motorcycles, and watching the Weatherford High School football games. Chad was a wonderful father and husband. He loved old music, kids, and was even a big kid himself. Chad will be remembered as being shy, funny, making people laugh, friendly, and always calm. Memorials may be made the CrossPointe Church for the youth programs.

Chad is survived by his wife, Jennifer Strong, son Riley Parker and daughter Reagan Hope of the home; parents Les and Peggy Strong of Weatherford; one brother, Gene and Lydia Strong of Yukon, OK; one sister, Casi Strong and fianc Jeffrey Hester of Weatherford, OK; mother-in-law Janet Bratcher of Weatherford; and three nieces and four nephews. He was preceded in death by his maternal grandparents, Gerry & Eugene Warren.
