Cecil Loyd Inman was born on Deer Creek near Thomas, Oklahoma to James (Jim) Inman and Beulah (Cooke) Inman, March 14, 1932. He passed away March 12, 2021 two days before his eighty-ninth birthday.
Cecil had a passion for raising, training, and racing thoroughbred horses. However, most of his career was spent in the pipeline industry working all over the United States as a utility inspector. After years of overseeing pipe for oil and gas production, he learned new skills and worked in downtown Los Angeles in the 1990s with fiber optic cable.
Cecil married Maxine (Park) Thomas in Thomas, Oklahoma December twelfth, 1960. She predeceased him in 1989. Cecil was also preceded in death by his parents, two brothers Orin Inman and J. H. Inman, Jr.
He is survived by his son Craig and daughter-in-law Debbie. Daughter Annette Diamond; grandchildren Hugh Diamond and Stefany Diamond. Sisters Martha Eaton, Margaret Hinderliter; Illa Drohman; and brother, Earl Inman; numerous nieces and nephews.
