Brenda Susan Donley was born in Miami, Oklahoma on December 28, 1953 to Arville J. and Lillian Virginia (Streety) Rasco. She passed away in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma on July 23, 2026 at the age of 72.

Brenda was raised in Seminole, Oklahoma as a young girl and attended elementary school there. Her family later moved to Alva, Oklahoma. She attended Alva High School where she was active in Tennis and graduated as Co-Valedictorian with the Class of 1972.

Some time after high school, Brenda moved to Weatherford and began working for the United Methodist Church. It was here that she met John Willis Donley and they were married in 1983. John and Brenda made their home in Weatherford and raised their daughter, Courtney, together. The family enjoyed RV travel and camping, boating and summers spent at Ft. Cobb Lake.

Brenda spent many years working side by side with John at his law firm. When they weren't working, the couple enjoyed golfing together. After retirement in the early 2000s, they continued traveling but upgraded to a larger motor home and their trips became longer, often being gone for weeks at a time. The were married for over 30 years when John passed away in 2015.

Brenda enjoyed her friends and spent a lot of time golfing and traveling with them, she loved shopping for antiques and even had her own booth at the antique mall. She was also a master gardener and had a deep love for plants. Of everything in Brenda's life, being "Gigi" to her granddaughter, Lilian, was her favorite. She attended every activity of hers that she could, and when she couldn't, she would watch them on Youtube and was ready to discuss details after.

She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, John Donley; and brother, Michael Rasco. Brenda is survived by her daughter, Courtney Morris, son-in-law, David Morris and granddaughter, Lilian Underwood, all of Edmond, Oklahoma.
