Bernice Lee Davis Jarnagin was born in Corona, NM, to James and Ollie May Davis on September 12, 1920 and passed away on June 4, 2019 in Gridley, CA having reached the age of 98 years 8 months 22 days.

Bernice married Steve Royce Jarnagin on May 24, 1952 in Roswell, NM. She was a lifelong member of the United Pentecostal Church. Prior to her last illness she was an active member of The Sanctuary United Pentecostal Church in Gridley, CA.

Mrs. Jarnagin is preceded in death by her sister Lorene Woodward, her brothers Lawrence Davis, Milton Davis, and Riley Davis. Her husband, Steve, preceded her in death on February 25, 1995.

Mrs. Jarnagin is survived by her son, Steven Jarnagin of Gridley, CA and Lewisville, TX; daughter in law Carol Ann Jarnagin of Lewisville, TX; grandson Robert Franklin of Lewisville, TX; grandson David Jarnagin of Fort Worth, TX; great grandson Jaxson Franklin of Fort Worth, TX; great grandson Spencer Franklin of Lewisville, TX.
