Funeral services for Berdine Lovenia (Conder) Sauer, 83 year-old Weatherford, Oklahoma resident, will be held Tuesday, February 9, 2016, 10:00 A.M. in the Grace Assembly of God Church with Rev. Wesley Warren officiating. Burial will follow in Greenwood Cemetery under the direction of Lockstone Funeral Home. The family will receive friends on Monday evening from 6-8 P.M. at the funeral home.

Berdine was born to Douglas and Pearl (Maxfield) Conder on March 26, 1932, in Weatherford, Oklahoma and departed this life for her heavenly home on February 6, 2016, at the Oklahoma Heart Hospital in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. Berdine was raised in Weatherford and graduated from Weatherford High School in 1950. On July 31, 1949, she married her childhood sweetheart Jack Sauer and they made their home in Texas and Ohio while serving on the home mission front. Berdine devoted her life to the Lord, serving as a pastors wife and leading music worship. After retiring from the church, Jack and Berdine returned to their home in Weatherford, Oklahoma in 1976. In addition to being a wife, mother, grandmother and great-grandmother, Berdine loved to sing, draw and paint and had a special love of horses.

Berdine is survived by her husband of 66 years Jack Sauer of their home in Weatherford, Oklahoma; three children, daughter Tricia Sauer Graft and her husband, CB, of Clinton, Oklahoma, son J.D. Sauer and his wife, Debbie, of Dallas, Texas, and son Aaron Sauer and his wife, Melinda, of Weatherford, Oklahoma; seven grandchildren, April Sauer Bryden, Brian Sauer, Brendon Graft, Channing Graft, Aaron Graft, Chaille Graft Walraven and Jordan Graft; fourteen great-grandchildren; and two great-great-grandchildren.
