Alice was born July 9, 1944, in Waynoka, Oklahoma, to Dave Joseph and Margaret (Neff) Windecker and passed away Friday, August 8, 2025, at OU Medical Center in Oklahoma City.

During her childhood, Alice and her family lived in various locations, including Avard, Oklahoma, Boulder, Colorado, Waynoka, Oklahoma, and Farmington, New Mexico. On March 15, 1985, she married Roger Nelson Perkins in Brownfield, Texas. In 1987, they relocated to Weatherford, Oklahoma, where Alice earned her Bachelor's Degree in Education and her Master's Degree in Psychology. She later worked as a geriatric counselor providing in home counseling until her retirement in 2010.

Alice enjoyed gardening, her dogs, and spending time with her family. She will be remembered as a special "grandma grandma".

Alice is survived by two sons, David Williamson and wife, Kim of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma and Jon Perkins and wife, Yalonda of Ben Wheeler, Texas; one daughter, Shelli Jent and husband, James of Owasso, Oklahoma; seven grandchildren; one great-granddaughter; several nieces and nephews; and numerous friends.

She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Nelson; two brothers, Bill and Terry Windecker; and one sister, Joyce Wright.
