Memorial: 2:00 PM Tuesday, April 9th, 2013"The Chapel" of Lockstone Funeral Home

Memorial services for Alice Marie Eldora, 67 year-old Weatherford, Oklahoma resident, will be held Tuesday, April 9, 2013 at 2:00 P.M. in The Chapel of Lockstone Funeral Home with Father Christopher Tran officiating.

Alice was born June 23, 1945 in Watertown, New York to Samuel and Sadie (Pallazo) Pyke and passed away Sunday, March 31, 2013 surrounded by her daughters and loving husband. Alice met the love of her life, George Edward Eldora and they were married April 4, 1965. She enjoyed working with people and had many friends and peers while employed with the 3-M Company. But first and foremost, she was a loving wife, and an amazing mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, and friend to everyone in her life. She enjoyed any and all get togethers with her family and friends, especially during the holidays. Her favorite past times were playing cards, board games, or simply visiting with each and every family member.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Samuel and Sadie: one sister, Barbara Spain; and one brother, Donnie Pyke.

She is survived by her husband, George Edward Eldora; four daughters, Laura Eldora-Smalling of Altus, OK, Lisa Eldora and her fianc Tommy Dimou of Enid, OK, Jeannie Bitle of Altus, OK, and Maryann Dooley of North Dakota; eight grandchildren, Kevin Hamm, Colton Smalling, Jacob Guthrie, Jared Raasch, Jett Freeland, Sean Dooley, and his wife Crystal, Allison Resendiz and her husband Jose, and Jessica Myer and her husband Mike; and four great-grandchildren, Aiden Dooley, Isolde Dooley, and Delilah Dooley and Noah Resendiz. Other special family include a sister, Elizabeth Conigliaro of Brooklyn, New York; a brother, John Pyke and his wife Loretta of Brooklyn, New York; and nephews and nieces, Antoinette Roman, Jennifer Remen, John Conigliaro, Angela Conigliaro, Vito Conigliaro, all of Brooklyn, New York, and Randy and Rhonda Smith of Weatherford, Oklahoma; along with many great-nieces and great-nephews.
